Access to and use of the EvaInsures platform is subject to full acceptance of these Terms of Service. By visiting, browsing, or creating an account on the platform, all users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document.
If any portion of these terms is not acceptable, access to the platform must be discontinued immediately. EvaInsures reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use following any updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
The EvaInsures platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age. Access is provided solely for the purpose of exploring, comparing, and selecting insurance coverage options.
The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose, to transmit unauthorized or harmful content, to interfere with platform systems, or to collect information about other users without authorization. Misuse of the platform may result in immediate termination of account access.
Creating an account requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete information. Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials rests entirely with the account holder. Any activity that occurs under a registered account is the responsibility of the person who created that account.
Any unauthorized use of an account should be reported to EvaInsures immediately via the contact information provided on the platform. False or misleading information provided during registration may lead to account suspension.
All insurance coverage information presented on the EvaInsures platform is intended for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding policy offer or guarantee of coverage until a formal agreement has been completed with the relevant provider.
Actual coverage terms, premiums, exclusions, and conditions are governed by the individual insurance policy documents. Any discrepancy between information on the platform and a formal policy document should be resolved by referring to the official policy terms.
By creating an account, users consent to receive communications via SMS, email, or phone related to account activity, coverage updates, and service-related matters. Marketing and promotional communications are also included when explicit consent has been provided during registration.
To opt out of marketing messages, users may reply STOP to any SMS or use the unsubscribe option included in email communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. Frequency of messages may vary depending on account activity and plan selections.
All content present on the EvaInsures platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of EvaInsures or its respective content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Personal, non-commercial use of platform content is permitted provided no intellectual property notices are removed.
EvaInsures shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, system downtime, or inaccuracies in coverage information.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. The maximum aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for accessing the platform during the period giving rise to the claim.
EvaInsures reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason determined to be appropriate. Upon termination, all rights granted under these terms will immediately cease.
Account holders may also choose to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Termination does not affect any obligations incurred prior to the date of closure, including active insurance agreements.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where EvaInsures operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication.
If resolution through direct communication is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration agreement accepted at the time of account creation. Class action proceedings are waived under this agreement.
